56 million euro contract, signed by Transelectrica, for investments in efficiency and modernization of electric transport network

The Transelectrica National Electric Power Transmission Company signed a financing contract in the amount of 56.2 million euros, through Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), on Tuesday, for the installation of photovoltaic power plants and storage facilities in 29 power stations, the modernization of the Smart SA subsidiary, the optimization of the communications network managed by Teletrans subsidiary and the creation of a data center.

According to the source, this contract will finance three essential investment projects for the efficiency and modernization of the electric transmission network, two of them being intended for the subsidiaries Smart SA and Teletrans SA.AGERPRES
