WIW week, now in its seventh edition, started on Monday, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in the presence of over 80 high school students who participated in the opening of the trading session and in a financial education workshop, with the aim of raising awareness of the aspects related to the stock market among young people.

Another event, which will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2023, within WIW, is the debate „Who’s running the game? Stock market vs. crypto,” which will be attended by Cristian Logofatu, CFO of Bittnet Systems, and George Rotariu, CEO of Bitcoin Romania, the discussion being moderated by Paul Maior, president of the Invest Club. The event, organized in partnership with the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, will take place in Hall 1 of the Polytechnic between 15:00 and 17:00 and is addressed to students, pupils and other interested persons.
