PM Ciolacu paying official visit to Bavaria to mark 25th anniversary of Romanian-Bavarian relations

Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will pay an official visit to Bavaria on Monday, in the context of the 25th anniversary of bilateral Romanian-Bavarian relations.

According to the programme announced by the Government Press Office, on this occasion, the head of the Executive will be present, from 16,00hrs, at the Allianz Arena in Munich, at the Romania – Ukraine match of the European Football Championship.

Afterwards, he will participate in the reception offered in his honour at Nymphenburg Castle in Munich on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Romanian-Bavarian institutional cooperation.

The event will be attended by Dr. Florian Hermann, Minister of State for Federal Affairs and Media, head of the Bavarian State Chancellery, representatives of the diaspora, ethnic Germans in Romania, Saxons and Bavarians, representatives of religious denominations, prominent Bavarian personalities involved in bilateral relations.

Foreign Affairs Minister Luminita Odobescu will also participate in the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Romania and Bavaria.
