Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Tuesday’s trading higher on most indices

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Tuesday’s trading session higher on most indices, with turnover at 2.88 million RON (578,007 EUR).

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, went up by 0.10%, the same as the BET-Plus index which shows the evolution of the top liquid 43 shares.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the top-liquid 25 issuers advanced by 0.11%, while the return benchmark index for stock investment funds BET-BK, went up by 0.10%.

The BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies was up 0.35%, and the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG lost 0.12%.

According to BVB data, the biggest increases in share values were recorded by Artego (+7.24%), Turism, Hotels, Restaurants Black Sea (+3.98%) and Romcarbon (+3.68%).

On the other hand, STK Emergent (-11,28%), UCM Reşiţa (-1,40%) şi One United Properties (-0,68%) were down.
