Bucharest Stock Exchange opens higher on most indices on Tuesday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened on Tuesday with an increase in most indices, the value of exchanges amounting to 2.23 million RON (449,205 euros), during the first 30 minutes of the training session.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, saw an appreciation of 0.11%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BVB, saw an advance of 0.10%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, recorded an increase of 0.03%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, rose by 0.04%.

The BET-FI index of the SIFs decreased by 0.76%, and the BET-NG, the index of the ten companies in the energy and utilities sector, saw an appreciation of 0.14%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.14%.

According to the BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by companies such as Carbochim (+12.3%), Impact Developer&Contractor (+2.91%) and Electromagnetica (+2.45%).

Instead, the shares of Prefab (-4.44%), Longshield Investment Group SA (-2.92%) and Evergent Investments (-1.02%) went down.
