Health Minister Alexandru Rafila said on Tuesday that 250 million EUR will be invested to build the Regional Institute of Oncology Timisoara under the National Recovery and Resilience Programme (PNNR).

„The new unit will have 250 beds and an integrated outpatient clinic with 26 medical offices, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for analysis, imaging, operating room, intensive care and even a transplant center,” Rafila wrote on Facebook.

He said this essential investment facilitates access to modern treatments for patients from across the region.
