„A major concern of the Ciolacu Government is to take care of all Romanians, wherever they are. We have the obligation to do things correctly and on time for the people. We want the horrors of the past to never happen again. Recognition and comfort the sufferings endured by those who survived the Holocaust are essential in this process,” Minister Simona Bucura-Oprescu said in the quoted post.
The American representative thanked Romania for the good cooperation in this regard.
According to the Labour Ministry, Romania thus pays tribute to the memory of the victims of the events during World War II and expresses its solidarity with the survivors of the tragic events of that period.
