Bucharest Stock Exchange opens in the green on Monday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened in the green on Monday, with transactions amounting to 11.4 million RON (2.29 million euros) after the first 30 minutes of trading.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, saw an appreciation of 0.39%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BSE, saw an advance of 0.36%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, was up 0.26%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, increasing by 0.11%.

On the other hand, the BET-FI index of the SIFs decreased by 0.36%, and the BET-NG, the index of the 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, increased by 0.08%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, went up 0.05%.

According to the BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by the companies Rompetrol Rafinare (+3.57%), Electromagnetica (+2.97%) and Farmaceutica Remedia (+2.34%).

On the other hand, the shares of Transilvania Broker de Asigurare (-5.59%), Santierul Naval Orsova (-2.63%) and Compa (-1.85%) were decreasing.
