The stealing of the Dacian treasure items is „a tragedy for us,” president Klaus Iohannis stated on Monday.

The head of state participates in the informal meeting of the EU leaders, in Brussels.

He recalled that the Dutch PM assured him that his country is doing „everything that’s necessary” to solve this case.

„This is not just a tragedy, this is also a scandal,” the head of state said regarding the theft.
