President Nicusor Dan announced that he will begin discussions with parliamentary parties on Wednesday with a view to forming the new Government.

„Tomorrow, we have established a calendar, from 9:00 to 20:00, an hour and a half each. I spoke with the leaders on the phone and, today, the administration team will send an official message,” Nicusor Dan told the press in front of the house where he lives, when asked if he would begin negotiations with the parties.

„This is the first round of discussions, that’s why they are informal. Even if they are organized, they are informal and will continue,” the head of state said, when asked if he would appoint a PSD prime minister in the version in which the social democrats would make it a condition to hold the post of prime minister in order to enter government.
