Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Friday’s session in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) started Friday’s session with increases on almost all indices, and the turnover amounted to 3.722 million RON (734,406 euros), 40 minutes after the start of trading.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.07%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, recorded a similar increase.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, advanced by 0.06%, while the benchmark of investment fund performance, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.21%.

The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded a depreciation of 0.35%, and BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, was up 0.12%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was up 0.03%.

According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Santierul Naval Orsova (+10%), Vrancart (+7.21) and the ETF BET BRK Open-Ended Investment Fund (+6.61%).

On the other hand, shares of Prefab (-10.96%), Romcab (-7.19%) and Roca Industry Holding (-5.22%) were down.
