The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened higher on Thursday on trades of RON 3.048 million (EUR 600,342) 20 minutes into the trading session.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.51%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 0.94%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks went up 0.43%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, went up 0.45%.
The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks decreased by 0.36%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, increased by 0.44%.
According to BVB, the top three risers were AETA (+14.47%), Turism Felix (+6.57%) and Fondul Deschis de Investiţii Globinvest Energy&Financials (+4.48%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Promateris (-9.85%), Roca Industry Holding (-1.86%) and Purcari Wineris (-1.43%).
