ROMARM S.A., the main manufacturer in the national defense industry, announces the signing of mandate agreements for the new members of the executive management team—the General Manager and the Chief Financial Officer—thus strengthening the corporate governance framework and the company’s development strategy.

Mr. Răzvan Pîrcălăbescu, the new General Manager, signed the mandate contract following a public and transparent selection procedure conducted in accordance with the legislation in force. With extensive experience in the military industry, specialized manufacturing, and high-level government relations, he will lead the company towards strengthening its production capabilities and implementing strategic international partnerships.

Mr. Adrian Teotoc, the new Chief Financial Officer, signed his mandate contract following the same rigorous selection procedure. A renowned CFO with proven experience in managing a petrochemical holding company with an annual turnover of over €1 billion, he will ensure financial stability, resource optimization, and the implementation of modern control and economic efficiency policies.

The selection procedure was conducted in compliance with all legal requirements and was coordinated by a team of experts with experience in executive recruitment, corporate governance, NATO technology mentoring, as well as in the recovery and performance management of state-owned companies.

The signing of the mandate agreements marks not only the consolidation of the management team, but also an essential step in strengthening the credibility of CN ROMARM S.A. on the international market, in the context of the partnerships already announced with Rheinmetall, Northrop Grumman, PT Pindad, General Dynamics OTS, Heckler & Koch, Beretta, and Periscope Aviation. These strategic partnerships, supported by a professional executive management, will contribute to the development of modern production lines, technology transfer, and increased competitiveness of Romania in the defense industry at NATO and global level.

By signing the mandate agreements, CN ROMARM S.A. reaffirms its commitment to corporate governance, professional management, and strengthening the strategic role of the national defense industry in the security architecture of Romania and its NATO allies,” concluded the members of the Board of Directors of CN ROMARM S.A.
