Senate rejects simple motion against Education Minister David

The simple motion against the Minister of Education, Daniel David, was rejected on Monday by the Senate.

There were 40 votes in favor, 82 votes against and one abstention.

The voting was secret and cast electronically.

The motion was signed by 38 senators from the Opposition (28 from AUR, six unaffiliated and four from ‘Peace – First Romania’).
