Another 168,606 vulnerable Romanians receive energy support (LabMin Manole)

The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (ANPIS) has made a new payment tranche for another 168,606 beneficiaries of energy support, totaling 16.7 million lei, the Minister of Labor, Florin Manole announced on Monday.

„Today, another 168,606 vulnerable Romanians are receiving energy support worth 16.7 million lei to pay their bills for July and August. Together with the 274,541 beneficiaries from the first tranche, we are talking about almost 450,000 Romanians. I would like to remind you that you can apply for energy vouchers through the epids.mmuncii.ro platform, at city halls or post offices. Additional information and assistance regarding the process of requesting and using the energy voucher can also be obtained at the ANPIS Call-center: 021.9309”, the minister of labor wrote on Facebook.

ANPIS announced that it has completed the verification of automatically validated applications through the EPIDS computer application and the first energy vouchers have been issued for the payment of bills for July and August 2025.

According to a press release, ANPIS has made a new payment tranche for another 168,606 energy voucher beneficiaries, totaling 16.741 million lei. Thus, they will be able to use the amount to pay their electricity bills for July and August 2025.

In the first stage, the amounts for the 274,541 energy voucher beneficiaries were paid, totaling 27.384 million lei.
