Published on

Romania’s National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC), with support from the Romanian National Coordination Centre (NCC-RO) and the National Association for Information Systems Security (ANSSI), organises, between October 6 and 9, the 2025 edition of the Bucharest Cybersecurity Conference (BCC2025).

The event is organised in close collaboration with the EU Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC).

According to organisers, BCC2025 theme is „Working together on cybersecurity in a time of global uncertainty,” and the conference will bring together top international decision-makers, regulators, industry executives, government officials, academic experts, and stakeholders in the field of global cyber defence.

The panel sessions will focus on the practical implementation of the latest EU cybersecurity policies and legislation, including the NIS2 Directive, the Cyber Resilience Act, the EU Cybersecurity Act and the EU Cyber Solidarity Act. Discussions will also touch on the ongoing war in Ukraine, challenges related to democratic resilience in Moldova and the recent national elections in Romania, all highlighting the urgent need to strengthen cyber defence in various sectors and across borders.
