Individuals who were unable to register earlier in the 2025 Rabla Auto Programme can access funding as of Tuesday, through a new session, with a total budget of approximately 36.8 million lei, the Environment Fund Administration (AFM) announced on the institution’s official Facebook page.
According to the quoted source, the new session will run from 10:00 on 16 December 2025 until 23:59 on 31 December 2025 or until available funds are exhausted.
The funding application remains active and is available through the software platform managed by the AFM.
The available budget for new registrations comes from rejected files, as well as from reserved amounts for which not all procedural steps outlined in the funding guide were completed.
Thus, a budget of 22.264 million lei is allocated for the purchase of new vehicles with internal combustion engines and 14.510 million lei for the purchase of new electric vehicles.
In this context, the value of the eco-tickets granted under the Rabla Auto Programme for individuals is as follows: 18,500 lei – for the purchase of a new fully electric vehicle or a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle; 15,000 lei – for the purchase of a new plug-in hybrid vehicle or an electric motorcycle; 12,000 lei – for the purchase of a new hybrid propulsion vehicle; 10,000 lei – for the purchase of a new vehicle with internal combustion engine propulsion (including LPG/CNG engines) or a motorcycle.
„When the applicant, the individual completes the registration process in the programme, the application automatically generates a registration number and reserves the value of the requested eco-tickets, within the available budget. Within 10 days of receiving the registration number, the applicant must complete the serial number of the used vehicle and upload the documents stipulated in the funding guide. Moreover, within a maximum of 10 days from obtaining the registration number, the applicants are required to select a validated manufacturer via the application,” the AFM mentioned.
