The government has approved the continuation until 2028 of the programme through which children and young people from the Romanian communities in Belgium will be able to study the Romanian language and culture, the spokesperson of the Executive, Mihai Constantin, announces on Thursday, write Agerpres.
„The government has initiated the steps to continue, until 2028, the programme through which children and young people from the Romanian communities in Belgium will be able to study the Romanian language and culture. They can stay thus in contact with the mother country, with these courses being taught by Romanian teachers for students in compulsory education while being offered free of charge, at the request of parents,” Constantin told a press conference at the Victoria Palace.
