Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan stated on Thursday that he is concerned about any formula through which people in office make a mockery of public money.
Ilie Bolojan was asked about the Recorder investigation which showed that Hidroelectrica, although it had electricity delivery contracts with certain companies and entities, did not issue them invoices.
„I am concerned about any formula through which people who are in office make fun of public money. Because, in fact, it is a way of making a mockery out of public money. If these aspects are real, I emphasize, each of those who did such things, who tolerated them, must answer for what they did,” the prime minister said on Digi 24.
He added that the Minister of Energy announced in the Government meeting that he would send the control body to verify whether those things are real, and those who are guilty must answer for what they did.AGERPRES
