Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Monday’s session down on almost all indices

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Monday’s trading session down on most indices, and the value of transactions slightly exceeded 61 million RON (12.4 million euros), write Agerpres.

The main BET index depreciated by 0.81%, up to 12,255.19 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 37 stocks on the Stock Exchange, recorded a 0.80% decline.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, closed down by 0.89%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, closed up by 0.27% .

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, lost 1.5% of its value, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, depreciated by 1.92%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, lost 1.53% of its value.

On the Regulated Market, the most traded were Banca Transilvania shares, with 14.7 million RON, followed by OMV Petrom securities, which generated exchanges worth almost 6.3 million RON, and those of Fondul Proprietatea – 4 .9 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by the shares of UAMT (+11.96%), Societatea de Constructii Napoca (+8.25%) and STK Emergent (+5.30%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by COMCM shares (-11.95%), Erste Group Bank (-5.06%) and Prebet (-4.26%).
