Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Friday’s session on growth

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Friday’s trading session with growth on most indices, and the value of exchanges amounted to 3.7 million RON (743,654 euros) after 30 minutes of trading.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, went up 0.37%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BSE, saw an advance of 0.38%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, increased by 0.35%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, increased by 0.23%.

The BET-FI index of the SIFs gained 0.31%, and the BET-NG, the index of the ten companies in the energy and utilities sector, went up 0.40%.

On the other hand, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down by 0.07%.

According to BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by: Sinteza (+11.30%), Promateris (+10.56%) and SIF Hotels (+7.39%).

Instead, the shares of One United Properties (-1.67%), Safetech Innovations (-0.41%) and Transport Trade Services (-0.29%) were on the decline.
