Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Monday’s session with increases on most indices

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered an appreciation of 0.17%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BVB, recorded a similar advance to the main index.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, increased by 0.16%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.06%.

The BET-FI index of the SIFs fell by 0.24%, in the first 30 minutes from the start of the session, and the BET-NG, the index of the ten companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded an appreciation of 0.54% .

Also, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down by 0.87%.

According to BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by: Rompetrol Rafinare (+2.78%), Conpet (+2.74%) and Nuclearelectrica (+2.13%).

At the opposite end, the shares of Promateris (-10.19%), Medlife (-2.44%) and Simtel Team (-1.80%) were in decline.
