The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday’s session on the rise on all indices, transactions amounting to 5.7 million lei (1.1 million euros), 40 minutes into the session.
The main BET index, which shows the development of the 17 most liquid companies, went slightly up by 0.23%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the development of the 37 most liquid shares on the BVB, was up by 0.22%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, increased by 0.23%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, rose by 0.14%.
The BET-FI index of SIFs was up by 0.35%, and the BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, rose by 0.29%.
According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Prefab (+8.33%), Armatura (+7.51%) and Condmag (+3.70%).
On the other hand, COMCM shares (-4.46%), Sinteza (-3.52%) and Vrancart (-1.85%) were down. AGERPRES
