The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday’s trading session with increases on most indices, transactions amounting to 5.84 million lei (1.15 million euros), 30 minutes into the session.

The main BET index, which shows the development of the 20 most liquid companies, saw an appreciation of 0.92%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the development of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, saw an increase of 0.90%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, gained 0.84%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.64%.

The BET-FI index of SIFs saw a depreciation of 0.01%, and BET-NG, the index of ten companies in the energy and utilities sector, saw an advance of 1%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, increased by 0.97%.

According to the BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by: Armatura (+13.01%), Condmag, (+8.33%) and Antibiotice (+5.67%).

On the other hand, the shares that decreased belonged to: Sinteza (-14.93%), Romcab (-5.49%) and Electromagnetica (-3.36%).
