Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Thursday’s session in the green on most indices

The Bucharest Stock Exchafrdeedenge (BVB) opened with growth on most indices on Thursday, and the value of exchanges amounted to 3.2 million RON (644,499 euros), after 30 minutes from the beginning of the trading session.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered an appreciation of 0.19%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BVB, recorded an advance of 0.17%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, opened with an increase of 0.12%, while the performance benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, stagnated.

The BET-FI index of SIFs fell by 0.24%, and the BET-NG, the index of the ten companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded an appreciation of 0.22%.

Likewise, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down by 0.11%.

According to BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of the shares were recorded by the companies AAGES (+1.42%), Rompetrol Rafinare (+1.35%) and SSIF BRK Financial Group (+1.30%).

Instead, the shares of Electromagnetica (-6.48%), Conpet (-1.30%) and Purcari Wineries (-1.20%) were in decline.
