The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) started Tuesday’s session with increases on most indices, and the turnover amounted to 2.57 million lei (509,495 euros), 30 minutes after the start of transactions.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.07%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, also recorded an increase of 0.07%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, gained 0.06%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, depreciated by 0.02%.
The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded an appreciation of 0.08%, and BET-NG, the index of the 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, increased by 0.06%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.28%.
According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Aeta (8.55%), the Globinvest Energy&Financials ETF (+4.79%) and Alro (+1.26%).
On the other hand, shares of Sinteza (-3.23%), Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-2.75%) and Bittnet Systems Bucharest (-1.33%) were down.
