Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Tuesday’s trading session in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Tuesday’s trading session in the green, with transactions of RON 4.29 million (EUR 861,713), 30 minutes into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.32%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 0.30%.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 0.35%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.42%.

The BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies increased by 0.91%, while the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG gained 0.11%.

According to BVB, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by Romcarbon (+14,29%), Ropharma (+4,67%) and Transilvania Investments Alliance (+2,87%).

Conversely, the issuers on a downward trend were Aeta (-10.27%), Condmag (-7.69%) and Bermas (-6.67%).
