BVB stocks open Friday’s trading session mostly higher

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened higher on Friday, on trades of RON 5.55 million (EUR 1.11 million), 40 minutes into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.12%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 0.12%.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks went up 0.12%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was down 0.02%.

The BET-FI index of financial intermediation stocks decreased by 0.09%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 0.01%.

According to BVB, the top three risers were UAMT (+1.73%), AAGES (+1.49%) and Transgaz (+1.48%).

On the other hand, the top three fallers were Condmag (-10%), Fondul Proprietatea (-1.52%) and Teraplast (-1.31%).
