BVB stocks open Friday’s trading session mostly lower

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened mostly lower on Friday on trades of RON 134.75 billion (EUR 26.78 million) 30 minutes into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks fell by 0.35%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks declined 0.31%.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks lost 0.33%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was down 0.28%.

The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks decreased by 1.13%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 0.35%.

According to BVB, the top three risers were Condmag (+12.12%), Romcab (+8.21%) and Fondul Deschis de Investiíi Globinvest Energy&Financial ETF (+5.58%).

On the other hand, the top three fallers were Sinteza (-5.07%), Aquila Part Prod Com (-4.41%) and Lion Capital (-1.86%).
