BVB stocks open Monday’s session mostly higher

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened Monday’s session mostly higher, on trades of RON 7 million (EUR 1.4 million) half an hour into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.48%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks increased by 0.50%.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 0.30%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.30%.

The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks decreased by 0.52%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 0.01%.

According to BVB, the top three risers were Condmag (+7.14%), Nuclearelectrica (+3.76%) and Turism Felix (+3.41%).

On the other hand, the top three fallers were Societatea de Constructii Napoca (-10.90%), Artego (-4.90%) and Casa de Bucovina – Club de munte (-3.45%) . AGERPRES
