Casa Verde: Budget of 17.5 million RON allocated to religious units has been reserved in full

A number of 875 applicants for religious units registered on Tuesday in the Program regarding the installation of photovoltaic panel systems for the production of electricity, informs the Administration of the Environment Fund, write Agerpres.

The budget of 17.5 million RON allocated to religious units was fully reserved.

„Today (Tuesday, n.r.) the last registration stage, the one dedicated to religious units, of this session of the Casa Verde Photovoltaic Program ended. This is the first year when, in addition to natural person beneficiaries, we have introduced a new category of applicants, namely , the cult units, who today showed their special interest in accessing this program. Enrollments in the program, from individuals and cult units, amount to requests for financing in the amount of 1,750,000,000 RON for the installation of 87,500 new electrical energy production capacities with financial support from the Environmental Fund Administration,” stated the president of AFM, Laurentiu-Adrian Neculaescu.

Through the Casa Verde Photovoltaic program, the beneficiaries obtain financing of up to 90% of the total amount of eligible expenses, within the limit of 20,000 RON, for the installation of photovoltaic panel systems with a power of at least 3 kW.
