Clotilde Armand has reported „inhuman behaviour” and says she will file criminal complaints

Published on

The mayor of Sector 1, Clotilde Armand, has announced that she will file criminal complaints against the members of the Sector Electoral Office responsible for „inhuman behaviour” towards those in the polling stations, Agerpres reports.

The mayor added that those in the sector electoral office already have a criminal complaint from her for refusing to take the bags and refusing to record the results.

„The people who are in the polling stations cannot be replaced. It is absolutely inhumane how the members of the Sector Electoral Office have treated people. They will be held accountable, they also have a complaint from me for refusing to take the bags, for refusing to record the results. They are the ones who decide whether the precinct commission can come or not, whether they can leave the bags or not. Everything is organised and done under the authority of the Sector Electoral Office, they are the ones who decide whether the results are admitted or not. And they procrastinated. At 10.00 in the morning there were only 7 polling stations concentrated. (…) I’m the mayor of everyone, I went from precinct to precinct, I helped and that’s what I do. (…) I am still in discussions with lawyers to see how we can file complaints against those responsible for this inhuman behaviour”, Clotilde Armand told the press.
