The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued, on Thursday, a nowcasting Yellow Wind warning, valid for the next few hours in areas of three counties located in Banat and Crisana.
According to the specialist forecast, until 18:30, there will be intensification of the wind, with gust speeds of 50 – 60 km/h, in the counties: Arad (the mountain area of the towns of Tarnova, Gurahont, Halmagiu, Varfurile, Savarsin, Almas, Barzava, Paulis, Varadia de Mures, Petris, Halmagel, Chisindia and Plescuta, respectively in Arad, Pecica, Santana, Chisineu-Cris, Nadlac, Curtici, Vladimirescu, Vinga, Macea, Secusigiu, Sicula, Zimandu Nou, Timand, Apateu ) Bihor (at: Oradea, Salonta, Marghita, Sacueni, Valea lui Mihai, Sanmartin, Tinca, Diosig, Osorhei, Batar, Brusturi, Ciumeghiu, Nojorid, Tauteu, Simian, Salard, Curtuiseni, Balc, Biharia, Santandrei, Chislaz, Ineu, Derna, Sarbi, Avram Iancu, Cociuba Mare, Abram, Hidiselu de Sus, Salacea, Bors, Tulca, Olcea, Girisu de Cris, Rosiori, Lazareni, Tarcea, Abramut, Cherechiu, Husasau de Tinca, Cefa, Ciuhoi, Cetariu, Sannicolau Roman) Sanpetru Mare, Tomnatic, Saravale, Pesac, Beba Veche and Valcani).
The warnings of immediate dangerous phenomena (nowcasting) are issued for a maximum period of six hours, ANM mentions.
