Colectiv Association: Can we find out what is the situation of Colectiv 2 case?!

Published on

The Colectiv GTG 3010 Association requests information about the situation of the Colectiv 2 file, noting that it has been waiting for seven years for the results of the investigations regarding the death of 37 young people in Bucharest hospitals, write Agerpres.

„Now, when the prosecutors open files upon files to show the country how hardworking, how meritorious, honest and fair-minded they are, could we publicly find out what is the situation of the Colectiv 2 file in which we have been asking for 7 years to find out the culprits for the murder of 37 young people in Bucharest hospitals?

Could we see the results of the investigations carried out by the prosecutors of the Military Prosecutor’s Office and the General Prosecutor’s Office for 7 years?

Could these too honest prosecutors try to convince us that they are not influenced by anyone in what we, the parents of the children killed by the Romanian health system, call the protection granted by justice to white collars or white coats from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs?!,” wrote the representatives of the association, in a Facebook post. They also request information regarding the status of investigations related to the fires in Piatra Neamt, Bals and Constanta hospitals.

„What about the investigations of the fires in the Piatra Neamt, Bals and Constanta hospitals? Do we have any results in these files or do we still not want to bother certain people with justice?! I sit and wonder: do the prosecutors who have had the Colectiv 2 file in their hands for 7 years have some common sense or are they just puppets waiting for the promised special pension?! Do you have children, dear prosecutors?!,” the quoted source says.
