Culture Minister, French ambassador in Bucharest, among guests of Mastering the Music Business event

Culture Minister Lucian Romascanu and French ambassador in Bucharest Laurence Auer are among the guests of the Mastering the Music Business event taking place between September 6 and 8 in Bucharest, the organizers inform, according to Agerpres.

The two senior officials will participate in the official opening ceremony of the conference where 100 Romanian and international speakers will debate the hottest topics in the music industry and meet with independent artists, as well as with professionals in the field.

There will be more than 40 panels, workshops, case studies, presentations and Q&A sessions, as well as three receptions every day where the participants will have the opportunity to interact with their favorite guests, the organizers said.

At the workshops, the participants will be able to learn in an interactive way how to organize a festival, how to plan an international tour, how to write lyrics and how to perfectly synchronize a piece of music. Among the most anticipated debates are those related to new funding platforms for artists, equal opportunities in the industry, trap music and how the market perceives is, addiction and depression, as well as music for video games and commercials.
