Dominic Fritz: USR backs early elections and will not vote for any government that is a front for PSD

Published on

Dominic Fritz announces that USR backs early elections and will not vote for any government that is a front for PSD.

  • “Today I had a discussion with my colleagues from the USR National Bureau about the consultations at Cotroceni. USR’s position is clear: at this point, the solution for emerging from the crisis into which PSD and AUR have thrown the country is early elections.

Politicians must return to the voters, ask for their votes again and give them the opportunity to decide who will govern Romania and under what mandate.

Clearly, we will engage in dialogue with the prime minister-designate if the president makes another nomination.

But we remain consistent with what we have been saying for five months: USR will not join a government if the future government includes PSD ministers. USR will not vote for any government that is a front for PSD,” says DOminic Fritz on Facebook.
