More than 60 companies have received 68 turnkey photovoltaic power plants delivered by E.ON Energie Romania, with an annual energy production of 1,400 MWh and investments of over 11 million euros, informs the energy supplier in a press release sent to Agerpres.
The number of projects implemented by September is almost double compared to the whole of last year, adds E.ON.
The 68 turnkey photovoltaic plants completed and delivered for more than 60 partner companies were designed to meet the specific needs and requirements of each partner and provide between 34 percent and 100 percent of their energy needs.
The construction of the systems involved the installation of over 34,000 photovoltaic modules in the locations of E.ON partners throughout the country, on a usable surface of approximately 57,000 square meters.
The construction duration of the power plants, from the start of the works until its handing over, was on average about seven months. Moreover, solar power plants have a lifespan of about 25 years, and the recovery of the investment can be achieved in 4-7 years.
