The European Commissioner-designate of Romania, Roxana Minzatu, will be heard on November 12 by the relevant commissions of the European Parliament, following a decision of the Presidents’ Conferences on Thursday.
Roxana Manzatu’s hearing will begin on Tuesday, November 12, at 2.30 pm local time, and it will last three hours.
At the hearing of the representative of Romania, Roxana Minzatu, appointed executive vice-president of the European Commission for People, Skills and Preparedness, MEPs from two relevant commissions will participate, the Commission on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) and the Commission on Culture and Education (CULT).
Two other commissions – the Commission on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM) and the Commission on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) – will have the status of guests at Roxana Minzatu’s hearing, which means that they will have the right to address one written question to the Commissioner-designate of Romania.
