The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) posted on Tuesday the first list of files accepted within the ” Photovoltaic Green House” Program – 2024 session.
„During today’s Approval Committee meeting, we approved the first 20,836 beneficiaries – individuals registered in the 2024 Photovoltaic Green House Program. They can start installing photovoltaic panels, thus contributing to reducing electricity bills and the transition to sustainable consumption. We want to approve as soon as possible the rest of the beneficiaries declared eligible by the installers. However, until the Government adopts the AFM’s revenue and expenditure budget for 2025, the institution can operate this month within the limit of 2/12 of the previous year’s budget. As soon as the institution’s budget is approved, we will publish new lists of applicants accepted into the program”, said Adrian Corbu, vice president of the AFM, quoted in the institution’s press release.
The list of files accepted under this program is posted on the website www.afm.ro, in the section related to the Photovoltaic Green House Program – session 2024.
Almost 66,000 individuals and 670 religious institutions have requested funding through the ”2024 Photovoltaic Green House” Program, and within 90 days they can choose a validated installer to carry out the installation work of the photovoltaic panels, according to December 2024 data of the Environmental Fund Administration.
The project is implemented within a maximum of 12 months from the approval of the project, within which the installation must be carried out and the connection certificate must be obtained.
