Former PSD President Liviu Dragnea sent to court in Tel Drum case

Former president of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Liviu Dragnea was sent to court by the National Anti-corruption Directorate (DNA) in the Tel Drum case, being accused of committing the crimes of forming an organized criminal group, abuse of office and inciting to the crime without guilt of the use or presentation in bad faith of false, inaccurate or incomplete documents or statements, if the deed results in the unlawful obtaining of European funds, committed in the form of improper participation, deeds perpetrated when he was president of Teleorman County Council, according to Agerpres.
