Funding for the Zerlendi Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment Center has been released! The contractor has already returned to the construction site, the Ministry of Health announced. 

“Today, the update to the investment’s technical and economic indicators was approved, an essential step for continuing funding and work on the new hospital within the ‘Marius Nasta’ National Institute of Pneumology.

The new Zerlendi Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment Center will offer patients modern care and treatment conditions:

115 beds for inpatient care

An operating wing with 3 operating rooms

State-of-the-art laboratories and medical equipment

Spaces dedicated to research and training future specialists

An integrated digital system connected to the main healthcare IT platforms

An investment that means better medical services, modern technologies, and more opportunities for patients.

A strategic project for the health of Romanians, which goes even further.
