The National Standing Bureau of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) decided unanimously on Monday that the party will return to the governing coalition meetings in order to address the outstanding issues related to the second package of fiscal and budgetary measures, interim PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu announced.
„It was unanimously decided that PSD should return to coalition meetings, to discuss exclusively the outstanding issues we currently have in package two – issues concerning fiscal measures and administrative matters. In all the other areas of the second package – those regarding the elimination of privileges, the healthcare package, the insolvency law, and proposals from the Ministry of Labor – we have no problems. We are strictly talking about the outstanding issues in the fiscal and administrative areas,” Grindeanu told a press conference held at the PSD headquarters.
