Ioana Dogioiu – new spokesperson of the Romanian Government

Ioana Dogioiu will be the new Government spokesperson starting next week.

„As of next week, Ioana Dogioiu will take over as spokesperson for the Romanian Government. With a solid career in journalism, Ioana Dogioiu is recognized for her professionalism, balance and honesty in the public sphere,” reads a press release sent by the Government on Thursday.

Prime minister Ilie Bolojan conveyed, the following message: „I thank Mrs. Ioana Dogioiu for accepting this responsibility, which is not easy in the current context.”

The appointment aims to strengthen the dialogue between the executive and society, in a climate that demands transparency, clarity and trust, the press release mentions.
