Ionut Mosteanu took over the mandate as Minister of National Defense

Deputy Ionuţ Mosteanu took over the mandate of Minister of National Defense on Tuesday, during a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense.

The government was sworn in on Monday with 301 votes „for” and 9 votes „against.” The AUR parliamentarians left the joint session of Parliament, refusing to participate in the swearing-in vote for the Bolojan Cabinet.

The executive led by Bolojan has 16 ministries – 6 PSD ministries, 4 PNL ministries, 4 USR ministries and 2 UDMR. At the same time, the new executive has 3 positions of deputy prime minister without portfolio, one each for PSD and UDMR and one independent, two positions of deputy prime minister with portfolio, one each for PNL and USR.

* Marian Neacsu – Deputy Prime Minister without Portfolio

* Dragos Anastasiu – Deputy Prime Minister without Portfolio

* Tanczos Barna – Deputy Prime Minister without Portfolio

* Catalin Predoiu – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs

* Liviu-Ionut Mosteanu – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense

* Ciprian-Constantin Serban – Minister of Transport and Infrastructure

* Radu Marinescu – Minister of Justice

* Florin-Ionut Barbu – Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

* Bogdan-Gruia Ivan – Minister of Energy

* Alexandru-Florin Rogobete – Minister of Health

* Petre-Florin Manole – Minister of Labor, Family, Youth and Solidarity Social

* Dragos Pislaru – Minister of Investments and European Projects

* Daniel David – Minister of Education and Research

* Alexandru Nazare – Minister of Finance

* Oana-Silvia Toiu – Minister of Foreign Affairs

* Diana-Anda Buzoianu – Minister of Environment, Waters and Forests

* Radu-Dinel Miruta – Minister of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship and Tourism

* Attila-Zoltan Cseke – Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration

* Demeter Andras Istvan – Minister of Culture.
