Iulian Ionescu (Ecopolitic): The Iranian army has been prepared to act on independent military cells, it will be hard to fight them

Published on

On the show „Ce-i în Gușă, și-n căpușă”, hosted by Cozmin Gușă on Radio Gold FM, journalists Bogdan Comaroni and Iulian Ionescu (Ecopolitic) discussed the status and prospects of the war launched by Trump and Netanyahu against Iran, Macron’s absurd proposal to offer Europe a nuclear defense shield, and how this further weakens NATO’s already diluted cohesion, given the positions taken by Turkey and Spain, according to solidnews.ro.

Journalist Bogdan Comaroni began his analysis by stating that the attack launched by the Americans and Israelis on Iran was predictable, placing the event in a much broader geopolitical context and mentioning the decision not to renew the nuclear treaty between the US and Russia, precisely because there is a need to consult with other nuclear powers, including Israel. At a time when more and more nuclear powers are rushing to side with either the US or Iran, a clearly defined nuclear treaty is needed more than ever. Interestingly, there was a document, the Symington Amendment, which became law in 1977, which took the form of a nuclear non-proliferation treaty and stipulated that the US could not provide military, financial, or economic support to any undeclared nuclear power, as is currently the case with Israel. Equally interesting is the way in which Pakistan and Afghanistan, the two states currently in conflict, were dealt with, thus blocking Pakistan’s support for Iran, both nuclear powers. China is the only BRICS state that has provided concrete support, supplying Iran with hypersonic booster missiles that are impossible to intercept. With such a missile, the Iranians managed to attack the largest American radar in Qatar, worth billions of dollars. This allows the Iranians to attack the exposed area, including energy infrastructure and water networks, without their attacks being intercepted.

Israel, in an act interpreted as desperate, resorted to bombing under false pretenses, accusing its enemies. This was also the case with the attack on Aramco, the world’s largest oil producer. Iulian Ionescu attributes these exaggerations and mistakes by Israel to the severe wear and tear suffered by the state over decades of constant conflict and crisis. The same wear and tear is visible in Bibi Netanyahu’s speeches and in the difficulty of maintaining a certain favorable image for his regime.

Journalist Iulian Ionescu pointed out that this is the first time since 2003 that the US has carried out such a large-scale attack on a state equipped with highly advanced, almost state-of-the-art weapons and technology. The Iranians were prepared so that, if something happened at the level of state leadership, there would be a kind of decentralization of military power and the activation of independent military cells. The Iranian regime took measures in case of a possible attack on the Ayatollah, having „reserves” ready; it was decided to appoint Khamenei’s son, precisely because he is motivated by a desire to avenge his father, thus becoming much more aggressive and determined from a military point of view. A scandal erupted in the US because Anthropic, the company that was supposed to issue simulations based on data provided by Palantir, withdrew from its contract with the Pentagon, refusing to allow its AI, Claude, to be used for military and population control purposes. After this incident, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman offered to operate the simulations requested by the Pentagon himself and ChatGPT. Upon learning of the population control option in particular, users uninstalled the app en masse and turned to Claude.

France’s decision to launch a project to provide a nuclear shield for the EU endangers Romania, which becomes a target for Putin’s Russia by provoking the expansion of its nuclear arsenal on its territory. At the same time, through this initiative, France is forcing Russia to enter directly into war on Iran’s side, but also NATO to get involved. Bogdan Comaroni warns that these could be the premises for a world war! If Romania does not respond to France’s invitation in the next few days, it means that we are being commanded from Israel. However, the current political landscape suggests that Romania will be completely submissive to France’s decisions, given the ties between politicians and the French secret services.
