The award was presented to the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to France, Corina Călugăru, in the presence of the jury and editor of Trombinoscope, Francois-Xavier d’Aillieres, representatives of the French press, and prominent political figures from Paris, including the President of the National Assembly, Yaël Braun-Pivet, and the Prime Minister of France, Elisabeth Borne.

In a video message addressed to those present at the ceremony, the head of state thanked them for recognizing the efforts of the Republic of Moldova to remain part of the free world and to advance on our European path.
