Prime minister Marcel Ciolacu will have an informal meeting with his Hungarian counterpart, Viktor Orban, on Friday, official sources said on Thursday.

According to the sources, the topic addressed will be Romania’s entry into Schengen, considering that Hungary holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union this semester.

The Hungarian prime minister, Viktor Orban, will be present at the Summer University of Baile Tusnad, where on Saturday he will give his traditional speech starting from the central theme of the event, „On the right path”.

As part of the Summer University, 500 programmes on various topics, from economic and political to those of a cultural, gastronomic or sports nature, will take place in 34 tents, with 300 organizers involved in the preparation of the event.
