Visiting President of Moldova Maia Sandu on Thursday was welcomed at the Romanian Government House by Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca, according to Agerpres.

Previously, she had political consultations at the Cotroceni Presidetial Palace with President Klaus Iohannis, followed by a joint news conference of the two heads of state.

Sandu was also scheduled to meet Speaker of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies Marcel Ciolacu.
