The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, denounced on Wednesday the „dangerous nuclear rhetoric” of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who declared himself ready to use „all the means” of his arsenal against the West, according to Reuters, Agerpres read.

”We will make sure there is no misunderstanding in Moscow about exactly how we will react. Of course, that depends on what kind of situation or what kind of weapons they can use. The most important thing is to prevent this from happening, and that is why we have been so clear in our communications with Russia about the unprecedented consequences,” Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview for Reuters, referring to any use of nuclear weapons by Moscow.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday a partial military mobilization in Russia to fulfill the objectives of the „special military operation” in Ukraine, during a televised address to the nation, according to TASS, Reuters and AFP.
