New leadership of the Social Democratic Party meets to discuss electoral campaigns

The newly elected members of the Standing Bureau of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) on Monday had their first official meeting.

The PSD spokesman, Lucian Romascanu, said that the main topic at the meeting was the upcoming electoral campaigns.

„Today, the newly elected members of the Standing Bureau have met for the first time. They mainly discussed matters related to the organization of the upcoming electoral campaigns, the pensions, which is one of the hottest topics right now, and they decided to inform all pensioners that no pension will be cut down. They also discussed about the meetings to take place at regional level in the next interval,” said Romascanu, at the headquarters of the PSD, after the meeting of the Standing Bureau.

He also mentioned that the party leadership decided to have a meeting of the Standing Bureau every week.
